Hello and thank you for visiting my site. As an introduction and summary, I am a psychiatrist who is passionate about helping people become their better selves. I originally came to California from New Jersey seeking answers and better weather at Stanford University. I was fascinated with the mechanisms of life and evolution, which resulted in a B.S. in Biology, but I felt a calling to use my knowledge to be of service to people in real time. This led to a grueling four years of medical school in Newark, New Jersey where I was inspired by the perseverence of the human spirit in the face of overwhelming adversity. Returning to Stanford for my Psychiatry Residency Training I have learned how to become a more effective catalyst for positive change in people. This process can require a combination of medication and psychotherapy. I have also learned that this process requires me to approach each individual with the same sense of wonder that drew me to study the secrets of life and evolution. Every individual has a unique and humbling process that is a privilege to witness. I look forward to possibly embarking on that privileged journey with you.
